BSTI is proud to offer a comprehensive range of training opportunities. Personal, in-depth training is recommended and free when purchasing one of our data-management software solutions. Our ability to provide on-site training gives our clients the best opportunity to learn our software on the very systems they operate day in and day out. Additional training options include: via telephone and modem, "shadow" option on our company server, help desk troubleshooting, on-site personal and group training, and advanced user classroom seminars.
►Custom Programming Solutions
The software development team at BSTI enables clients to purchase a fully customized software solution based off a company's specific needs and desires. Client support and maintenance is available at all times throughout the workday. Although optional, we highly recommend that all existing clients participate in our Annual Maintenance option. This plan provides a number of benefits including free updates for normal software updates, priority help desk status, extension of software warranty, and preferred help desk billing rates.

The SaaS system structure enables BSTI to deploy and run their software solutions over the internet in a pay-as-you-go format.
