Training Objectives
BSTI training personnel are experts in the utilization of the software. You are experts in how you want your business to run and what information is important to you. Combining both sets of skills at the onset of software implementation will greatly contribute to how well the software will contribute to your business.
The main objectives of training are to determine how you administer your day-to-day operations and identify what management information will assist in helping you run your business. With that information collected, BSTI can make suggestions and guide you through what needs to be setup, how to setup data, instruct on sound implementation practices, detail the data entry process and demonstrate reporting procedures.
The result of training is to have you and your staff understand what has to be setup, how to do the setup work, understand the impact of setup throughout the system, have practice in data entry and running reports and generally have an implementation strategy that corresponds with your business methodology.
