BSTIĀ Support Opportunities

Application Support:

Application support is directly related to questions regarding the use of BSTI software. Support can assist with questions regarding master file setup, data entry, editing, report generation, security and system auditing.

Systems Support:

Systems support is directly related to questions regarding BSTI software as it pertains to networks, operating systems, and hardware. Support can assist with questions regarding software installation, database transfers, hardware optimization and network performance. Other issues pertaining to your overall computing needs can also be addressed.

Custom Programming Support:

Custom programming support is directly related to any custom projects produced by the product development staff. Items for custom programming support are normally dealt with outside of the scope of standard support. Contact sales or product development for further information.
