The BSTI Accounting Module is an easy-to-use, precise software system that enables business of all sizes to organize and track company finances in a detailed, yea straight-forward format. The ability to directly integrating into BSTI's operations, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems provides a business the ability to install a single, full-featured software solution that will leverage the power of one another.

The BSTI Accounting module is equipped with accounts payable, general ledger, payroll services, purchase orders, and a full range of financial reports. Individual user security settings are a requirement to ensure all data and accounting information is only accessed by the appropriate personnel. Standard functions include the ability to fully customize payment terms, accounting periods, currency/data settings (international vendors/customers), check formats, bank accounts, accounts payable parameters, multiple profit/cost centers, and parent charts. Track all invoices that are received, paid, and archived to maintain a full audit trail for future reference. Enter, manage, and set-up preliminary and recurring journal entries with 40 + unique sorting functions for each record along with the ability to create, save, and load numerous personalized reporting screens for future use.
